All classes have been designed and taught by a physical therapist. Classes are for all levels and all exercises can be modified to fit your needs. Variety of classes are offered from beginner HIIT, Pilates, yoga, chair and barre style classes.
Private Pilates Sessions
Private Pilates sessions are available. Learn to refine your technique and get customized modifications for your personal needs. Full Pilates equipment session including Reformer, Tower, Chair and Spinal Corrector available. If you are new to Pilates and unsure if it is right for you, click below try a 30 minute session to feel the benefits of Pilates.

I became a physical therapist because I was searching for a solution to my own chronic pain following an injury to my ankle that ended my equestrian career. After 5 years of searching for a way to heal my injury, I developed a deep understanding of the emotional, psychological, as well as secondary physical effects of chronic pain following an injury.
Even though I love my job as a physical therapist, I have always been frustrated by treating injuries that I feel are preventable. I created these classes for my patients dealing with chronic pain or recurrent injuries, with the goal of helping everyone learn the movement skills and techniques they need to stay healthy and out of a PT office.
